During the construction week, VBS is held for the village's children each day. This program is a great tool for getting the children involved in the church. The project has observed that parents tend to get involved in the local church once their children become involved. A recommended program has been developed to allow the presentation of the gospel during the week giving consideration to the local culture. Materials are available in Romanian and Spanish, and craft supplies are brought by the American team. Each day normally includes time for games, songs, Bible story, learning of Bible verses, and crafts.

The week's schedule is:

Day One - The Creation
Day Two - Noah's Ark
Day Three - Daniel and the Lion's Den
Day Four - Jesus's Life
Day Five - Salvation
